MEET THE CHEF
Chef Elisha Venanzi grew up cooking healthy family food for his family and was inspired to attend culinary school after watching 'Ratatouille'. He graduated from Hollywood's Kitchen Academy in 2009 and instantly began working as a private chef in Beverly Hills, California. After touring Italy, Elisha settled for a few years in New York working at New York City's Eataly and Murray's Cheese. He also played an intricate role in opening restaurants in both Manhattan and Brooklyn. After a brief stint expanding his cheese knowledge by making goat cheese at Surfing Goat Dairy on Maui, Hawai'i, Elisha returned to Southern California in 2013 and taught cooking classes at Sur La Table South Coast Plaza and T'spoons in San Juan Capistrano. It was there that he was able to teach classes specializing in tutoring young children in the kitchen as well as adults of all ages. Having understudies in nutrition and sports nutrition, he also resumed work as a private chef specializing in detailed, diet specific cuisine in celebrity and professional athletes homes. He provides all his clients with full flavored, healthy, dietary specific meals. He is also Serve Safe certified and can create a customized meal plan to fit your every need.
Elisha is 35 years old and married to an amazing wife who bakes, they both have three young daughters together and currently reside in Lake Forest, CA.
